Returns

You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days after delivery. 

• Ensure that the items are in perfect condition.
• The items must not have been worn.
• Let us know if you want to receive another item, size or colour. Or if you prefer a refund. 
• Pack the items in the original packaging or in another sturdy packaging.
  
• Please send a tracking number to webshop@tacho.store and kindly send an email before returning the item.

Your new order or refund will be delivered as soon as we received back the items and ascertained their perfect condition.
